Art1-
The payment of the hire is made as follows: 25 % of the amount when booking and balance of the amount when taking the boat.

Art2-
The certificate of seaworthiness as well as a 760 € deposit are requested for every hire of boat.
This deposit corresponds to the amount of the insurance excess in case of average.

Art3-
The prices of the boat hire are mentioned as a rough guide. LOCAMARINE can change them without previous notification.

Art4-
The price of boat hire is mentioned exclusive of petrol expenses.
However, the hire price includes insurance expenses.

Art5-
All the boats are Locamarine exclusive property.

Art6-
In case of bad weather, Locamarine has the right to dock the boats.
In that case, a new hire date is fixed. If the two parties do not find any agreement, the deposit amount will be refunded in its integrality.

Art7-
If, however, the customer withdraws his hire for any other reason than bad weather, the deposit is refunded as follows:
More than 48 hours in advance: 100 %
Between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance: 50 %
Less than 24 hours in advance: 0 %

Art8-
Locamarine reserves the right to refuse the hire of any boat in case of obvious carelessness from the customer.
This is also the case for the water skis which will only be hired if the boat contains at least 3 persons when leaving the harbour.

Art9-
The person who hires the material is responsible for all breaches of the maritime code for which he is proved responsible.
